We have a 2000 sq. ft. basement with a large bedroom, kitchenette, full bathroom with shower, sitting area, fitness facility, and games room. The bedroom is well appointed with a king size platform bed, two nightstands, a desk and computer chair, a 65-in smart TV, and a large walk-in closet. This room rental is located within the home where the owners live, and other areas are shared spaces.

Please note this is not a separate unit. It does have separate access through the garage, but it is not a complete and separated rental unit. Home owners live on the property and there is one other room that is rented on the main floor.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Lake Ontario. Features include a gym and laundry facilities. The vacation home offers a washer.
