The minute you walked into the hotel you felt at home. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The junior suite was so beautiful and comfortable. Very clean. I will definitely stay again.

Lovely stay

Lovely corner room, very clean - only complaint is that bath towels are small, rough, and thin, more like you would find in a bargain motel. Bar was nice - staff is great and accomodating, but understaffed the weekend I was there. Desk staff was very helpful.

Overall the hotel is clean and the bed was great. The location is strategic if you want to be downtown Hamilton. However there were a lot of little things wrong. The room wifi did not work. The mini fridge froze the food, the room service had left their cleaning cloth behind in the room. Parking of the hotel was an additional $20 per day charge. There was no free breakfast. These things made it less of a superior experience.
