Villa Ragunda: Peace, space and Swedish adventure in the heart of Jämtland.

Villa Ragunda is a beautiful, recently renovated 60m² holiday home in Hammarstrand, designed for comfort and relaxation.

The property is suitable for short-term or long-term rentals and features two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200cm), plus a double sofa bed in the living room.

The house has a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, fitted with all modern conveniences such as a combination microwave, extractor hood, 4-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, pans, crockery, cutlery, mugs, and glasses.

The cozy living room features a comfortable sofa, a dining table with chairs, a TV, air conditioning, and a cozy wood-burning stove.

There is a separate shower room with a washbasin and a separate toilet. A coin-operated washing machine is available in the shower room; however, because we use a septic tank, you can only purchase a coin and the correct detergent from the landlord for a small fee of 75 SEK. A spacious garden with a terrace, garden furniture, an outdoor fireplace, and a view of the mountain with the iconic "Hammarstrand" letters.

There is free Wi-Fi and free private parking.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can rent these at the property for a surcharge of SEK 175.00 per period per person, or bring their own.
If no own or rented bed linen is used, a charge of SEK 550.00 per bed will apply.

Please inquire about the option to have the apartment cleaned upon check-out. Otherwise, a separate cleaning fee of SEK 400.00 will be charged.

Pet Policy: We charge SEK 50.00 per night for dogs. Two dogs are allowed; more dogs are subject to consultation.

For an extra car, we charge a small fee of SEK 50.00 per night.

A cot is available. The cost for this is SEK 50.00 per night.

In the months of September through March, we may charge an amount of SEK 3.00 per kWh for energy costs.

Ragunda Old Church: A wooden church from the 14th century with beautiful ceiling paintings.
