You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

A bunkhouse on a homestead

Built in 2020. This "bunkhouse" is attached to our shop in our backyard. The bunk bed is a full on top and a queen on the bottom. The top bunk has a bumper to keep kids from rolling off. A pack-n-play and a children's cot (the size of a crib mattress) is available. We also have two twin-size air mattresses available. Bedding is available for all bed options. Shower only, no bathtub. AC is a window unit, not central. Heat is an electric fireplace, not central. You will have access to a microwave, large toaster oven, and mini fridge.
There is also a covered seating area with gas grill on the other side of the shop.
This rental is on our property so you will see us out and about in the yard.
Our 1.8 acre property is entirely fenced and gated.
You will be a 3 minute drive from I-10 and I-12. We are 45 minutes from MSY, 60 minutes from New Orleans, and 45 minutes from Baton Rouge.
Enjoy the seasonal gardens and watching the chickens peck.
Amenities included yard toys for kids.
