Housekeeping knocked 10 before check out Online says they have pack n play / crib for rent they dont. Very wore down hotel.

Don’t stay here

When we got to the hotel Friday night. They did not have a room for us even though we had a room booked. We had to sleep in the car 8 hours away from home and then the next day we still got charged for the room because the owner did not care. Worst trip ever.

The staff here really rubbed me the wrong way. Very rude, horrible customer service all around. Staff would act as if they would get agitated or bothered if a costumer needed anything. Wont be back.
