Welcome to Sapphire Shores Retreat, your lakeside escape on the west side of Keuka Lake. This spacious five-bedroom, three-bathroom home is the perfect place for families or groups to relax, unwind, and enjoy the Finger Lakes in comfort and style.

Inside, the open floor plan is filled with natural light from large picture windows that frame sweeping views of the lake. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, while the farmhouse-style dining table invites everyone to gather for memorable meals. The great room, with its oversized couches, is perfect for relaxing after a day on the water or exploring the area. Please note that the fireplace is decorative only.

The home offers plenty of space for guests, with five well-appointed bedrooms. Downstairs, a queen bedroom is ideal for those who prefer main-level living. Upstairs, you'll find four additional bedrooms, including a king room, a queen room, a bunk room, and a twin room, making it perfect for families traveling with kids. Three full bathrooms ensure convenience for everyone.

Step outside to enjoy everything lake life has to offer. With 100 feet of natural lake frontage, a 100-foot dock, and a lakeside fire pit, you'll spend your days swimming, fishing, kayaking, or simply soaking up the views. After a day of adventure, unwind in the hot tub and watch the sun set over the water.

Located on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, the retreat is just minutes from award-winning wineries, lakeside dining, Hammondsport, and Keuka Lake State Park. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.

This cottage offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
