The beautifully appointed kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and stainless-steel appliances, is perfect for hosting guests and creating memorable meals. A cozy dining area with seating for six sits just off the kitchen, while the island breakfast bar provides additional seating for five. Just beyond the kitchen, a full-sized laundry room with pet bath and access to the back porch lead to a large hot tub—ideal for unwinding after a day on the water.

The thoughtfully designed layout includes three inviting bedrooms. The first, located just off the dining area, features a comfortable full-size bed. Down the hall, a stylish full bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves guests with ease. A second bedroom, tucked toward the rear of the house, offers two twin beds, making it a great space for kids or additional guests. The stunning primary bedroom suite on the south side of the home boasts serene lake views and the privacy of an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Just across the road, 80 feet of level lake frontage awaits. Bask in the sun on the charming deck, or step into the boathouse for a shaded retreat. Whether you're swimming, boating, or simply taking in the beauty of the water, this lakeside oasis is yours to enjoy.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 1 dog allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies.

This cottage offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
