Für einen Kurzaufenthalt durchaus in Ordnung.

Pros: die unkomplizierte Buchung, die gepflegte Außenanlage, die Gaststätte Klassenzimmer, ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze
Cons: leider die Sauberkeit
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich ländlich. Wir haben dort übernachtet, um Hamburg Speicherstadt zu besuchen. Fahrzeit ca. 30 min.
Wir hatten mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kind ein Appartment gebucht. Ausgeschrieben war ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Bekommen haben wir 2 Einzelbetten im Schlafzimmer und ein Einzelbett in der Wohnküche. Die Einzelbetten schiebt man zusammen, Problem gelöst. Das Bett in der Wohnküche ist allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig, stellte aber für uns kein Problem dar. Bei der Ausstattung war alles soweit vorhanden ... Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Töpfe, Besteck usw.. Insgesamt wirkte die Küchenausstattung, was die Teller, Tassen und Gläser anbelangte, ziemlich zusammengewürfelt. Entweder es hat mal jemand was mitgehen lassen und niemand hat es überprüft oder es wurden lediglich "Rester" verwendet. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte da, deswegen hat uns das nicht groß gestört. Von der Sauberkeit waren wir enttäuscht. Die Schublade im Bad war voller Haare und Dreck, der Herd war nicht sauber gemacht. Die Töpfe waren stumpf. Auch die Schublade im Nachtschrank war schmutzig. Der Radiowecker wurde nicht überprüft, denn dieser schlug um Mitternacht Alarm. War das ein Schreck. Die Deckenleuchten im Wohnraum funktionierten gar nicht. Noch am Anreisetag haben wir dies gemeldet, eine Behebung des Mangels wurde uns für den nächsten Tag zugesagt. Am Abreisetag funktionierten die Deckenleuchten immer noch nicht. Da es aber eine Stehleuchte und noch eine Nachttischleuchte gab, beinflusste uns das Gott sei Dank nicht so sehr.

Hallo JJJ! Da ist ja einiges schief gelaufen und wir haben ausnahmsweise nicht gut gearbeitet. Das tut uns sehr leid und ist natürlich nicht in unserem Sinne und auch nicht üblich!! Wir entschuldigen uns dafür. Die defekten Lampen hatten wir ausgetauscht, komisch, dass es dann schon wieder nicht funktionierte. Sie haben Recht, es wird leider viel mitgenommen, aber wir füllen auch immer wieder auf ( keine Rester) aber leider haben wir es bei Ihnen nicht mehr kontrolliert. Zwecks der Betten: Leider kann man nur einen "Hauptbetten-Typ" bei expedia eingeben. Da wir 3 Familienzimmer mit Doppelbett/Einzelbett und ein Familienzimmer mit 3 seperaten Betten haben ist dies dort angegeben ABER mit dem Zusatz: "Sowohl Zimmer- als auch Bettentyp hängen von der Verfügbarkeit bei Ihrer Anreise ab " Leider können wir dies nicht anders beschreiben. Wir entschuldigen uns für die ganzen Unannehmlichkeiten und hätten gerne sofort noch während Ihres Aufenthaltes auf Ihre Beschwerde reagiert!
