Your Holly Ridge adventure begins at this 2-bedroom condo. Inside, guests find two queen beds and two bathrooms, each equipped with a hair dryer for convenience. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you want to relax indoors or get moving, the fitness room is ready for you. This gorgeous condo offers a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. 1 mile from the beach, very close to local restaurants, grocery and shopping stores. It comes with all basic appliances and access to the Club House, Gym and Swimming Pool. It will sleep 4 adults and has 2 parking spaces available. Digital and Remote access to front door by August Spring Locks and keypad. After receiving the invite to download the August APP and register your information, you must enable the Bluetooth on the August App in order to connect to the front door lock. This our home and is not a Hotel, but we do provide linen and towels for your convenience. All we ask is to leave everything the way you find the condo when you arrived. Please let me know if you have questions or need more information on the lock. Thank you for staying with us.

The condo was as advertised. Very nice, easy to get to, lots of amenities and is in a good location around a lot of places and things to do. We would definitely rebook this place if we ever make a trip back to Surf City.
