Our simple multi-level home is located in the hamlet of Hampton Bays. It has four bedrooms, two baths, sunroom and eat in kitchen. Central AC, wireless internet. TVs in each bedroom with Netflix, Disney and Hulu. Beautiful landscaping surrounds and a spacious brick patio with in-ground heated pool, hot tub and playground. The property It’s conveniently located, within walking distance to Peconic Bay, minutes from ocean beaches, restaurants, vineyards, golf courses and train station. It’s great for a large family.

Ensure that all interior and exterior lights are switched off, the air conditioning is adjusted to 70°F, and the hot tub is set at 90°F
Lock up and return the keys to the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
