Warm and welcoming all season house within walking distance of Shinnecock Bay, less than 1.5 miles to Ponquogue Beach. Also close to North shore wineries, golf, nature trails and great restaurants.

The home features a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances and accessories. Cozy up to the fire after a day of wineries and/or apple picking and let the kids or friends enjoy the warm family and TV room to watch sports, movies or play video games on flat screen TV. Both the family room and kitchen have sliding doors to the gem of the house - a fully furnished screened porch that looks out onto the open backyard with plenty of room for games and activities. There is a firepit to stay warm in the cool evenings. Three bedrooms with room for 9 to sleep. Two modern bathrooms plus an outdoor shower. There is a local family park located two blocks away. Additional amenities include brand new gas grill, smart TVs in family room, living room, and each bedroom, washer and dryer, and parking for 5 cars.

Great location and comfortable stay

Maureen our host was very helpful. We were in walking distance of fun times. Place was very clean and there was plenty of sleeping room.

Amazing stay in Hampton Bays!

Had the best weekend with friends at Maureen's home. From the initial booking to check in, Maureen was communicative and answered any questions I had very quickly. Check in and check out instructions were simple and communicated clearly, She also provided recommendations of restaurants, bars and beaches in the area which we appreciated! The property is gorgeous, with enough rooms/beds to accommodate a group of 6 comfortably, and a spacious kitchen, patio and backyard we really enjoyed! The property is in a great location a short distance from the LIRR Hampton Bays train stop, beach, and local shopping center. Would 100% book this stay again
