There is also a sunroom at the front of the house with plenty of seating and a coffee table to enjoy your morning coffee!

The kitchen is completely renovated with new appliances, gas stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Kitchen is stocked with all needed essentials like frying pans, lobster pot, cooking spoons, mixing bowls and more!

Bath towels and and linens are provided and professionally cleaned. The whole condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each visit!

There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the common area at the back of the first floor. Enter through the first door around the back side of the house.

This condo is in 5 min walking distance to 10+ restaurants, bars and convenience stores like Christy's Pizza, Bernie's Beach Bar, The Goat, Ice Cream, McGurik's Ocean View and Royal Market just to name a few!

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock. Parking is available for a fee.
