We have a fenced in, shared yard where you are welcome to grill and relax. We are pet friendly for an additional fee. Great place. The location was perfect. The host was easy to work with. Thankful they supplied beach chairs. It was a little small for a large group.

Location was excellent. Close to the beach and all the night life. Dog friendly was a key factor for our family. Adam responded to all our questions promptly. A recommendation is 2 grills as four units share the back yard. Neighbors were great and we coordinated use of grill. Would definetley stay again.

Location, location, location!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was clean and the yard was fantastic. We really appreciated the beach chairs and linens being provided. It made packing and traveling much lighter. Thanks again!

The house was great, we all had a fantastic time. The location was wonderful and the house was nicely prepared for our arrival. The host was nice and helpful with any questions as well. We stay at Hampton Beach every year and this was one of our favorite spots. We look forward to coming back to this one next year!

Great place for family vacation

Excellent emplacement près de la plage. Très propre, nouvellement rénové. Propriétaire facilement rejoignable, a répondu très rapidement à nos demandes. Plus d'inclusions que listées, chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, café. Nous avions demandé pour une chaise haute, nous a fourni aussi un parc pour bébé. Chambres sont plus grandes que sur les photos. La salle de bain est petite, comme sur la photo. Une seule fin de soirée musique forte du restaurant à côté, mais tous les autres jours ok. À recommander.

Our vacation

This was our first time staying in any type of VRBO type place. The apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was very comfortable for us. It was only about a minute walk to the beach which was great.
