Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all used socks, extra blankets, and towels in the laundry room.
When using the air turn it up to 78 degrees before checking out. When using the heat turn it down to 68 degrees before checking out.
Close and lock all windows and set the alarm on to “away”.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
