**MIDTERM RENTAL**

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Enjoy the comforts of home. Take a short walk to the beach. Enjoy local eateries and activities.

You have full access to the entire home, including the covered shed in the back yard.

The home is approximately 1200sqft. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. There are 2 full bathrooms.

Pets are allowed. There is a $30 fee per pet that is charged per night of your reservation. This will be assessed after you confirmed your reservation. You will be asked to sign and submit a pet agreement with current vaccination records.
