Enjoy this quiet, comfortable, air conditioned condo so close to the beach you can see it from the couch. Only a block in from North Beach's infamous Wall, New Hampshire's best place to surf. Get lessons and rent a board from one of the local shops. Far enough away from the the noise and action of the strip that if you are looking for a quieter more relaxing experience, but still want something easily accessible to amenities with a walk-able route on sidewalks the whole way along the coast to Hampton Beach (1.5mi). You won't hear a thing except the sound of the waves at night! Not wanting to go to the beach or it is high tide? Hang out at the pool! Use the grill and BBQ dinner while the kids swim just a little bit more, eat at one of the pool side tables and hang through the evening, head next door to the coffee shop for ice cream. Full kitchen with double oven, fully stocked with kitchenware down to the wine opener. Lots of light in the open concept, modern, kitchen/living room. Queen sized air mattress for extra room, cable, 60" smart TV and fast WIFI. Enjoy your peek of the blue ocean and watch incredible sunsets while relaxing on the couch or out on the full length private deck. Watch as the sunset paints pictures across the sky. In bedroom one, a queen size bed, 42" mounted smart TV, dressers, closet. Bedroom two has a bunk bed full futon on bottom and twin on top, desk, large mirror, good floor space with futon up. Stocked with everything you need from linens to kitchenware.

Utilities included, Comcast high speed internet, electric, access to my YoutubeTV account, Disney plus, and Hulu.

Everything we needed, near Beach, pool 84 degrees

Nice rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Big balcony to have a coffee in the morning. The only thing missing are K cup for the coffee machine and toilet paper. We forget to bring à haïr dryer. Everything was there. People are nice and the area is Very quiet with a coffee shop just beside and ice cream parlour. Recommend the place for sure !

Awesome stay!

We all enjoyed this place very much. It was freshly cleaned upon check in, had everything we needed, blankets,towels, dinnerware and cooking utencils. Right across from north beach, but very quiet! Neighbors are all lovely, pool is awesome! Thank you so much Seth!

4th of July week

Owner very responsive and helpful! Quiet and clean. Well stocked with linens, games for a rainy day and the amenities a family would need for a week+ away from home. Air conditioners working well, which we were grateful for during a very humid week. It’s a short trip to the fun of the boardwalk and a perfect, serene retreat from the noise/ traffic of the boardwalk. Appreciated the 6 seat kitchen table for family dinners and board games. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. An easily, accessible 2nd floor home away from home, will recommend to friends and family.

Very nice place. Only issue was my wife wanted a blanket. There was a gray one in the closet. It has a brown stain on it and she did not want to use it.

Beware

Worst property I have ever stayed at in my life (I have stayed at many VRBO and similar style properties). Host responses were delayed or ignored. The Bunkbeds squeaked horribly loud and my daughter could not sleep in them so she ended up on the floor. The top bunk bed was not up to federal code and a child could roll off of it or get hit in the head with a ceiling fan. Huge safety issue here! The response from the host was to use the air mattress instead. No sheets or pillowcases for the pull out sofa or air mattress. I texted the owner twice with no resolution. Guess he thought I needed to buy sheets and not be compensated for them. How unsanitary if people are sleeping on it without sheets! The queen size mattress was lumpy. Top oven and coffee maker were broken. The carpets were dirty, sticky, and stained. There were dirty, food covered blankets. Not enough bath towels for all the guests and the smaller white towels were all stained. Shower water temp went from warm to burning hot. After one shower my child refused to take anymore for the rest of the trip. Host refused to offer any type of partial refund. He considers these minor issues and didn’t seem to care. Guests shouldn’t have to sleep on the dirty floor, go shopping for bed linens on vacation, or sleep on an air mattress because the advertised sleeping spaces are not usable. Have very low expectations if you stay here and be careful for your children’s safety if they sleep in the bunkbed.

Great condo with pool and balcony in a quiet beach neighborhood, short drive to everywhere you want to be while in Hampton beach! Great coffee and breakfast/lunch sandwiches a block away :)

A great find!

Spacious, clean, comfortable & very well stocked, complete with bed linens, plenty of bath towels, pillows, kitchen supplies, & even beach toys for young families (though not needed for mine). The pool on the property and a quick three-minute walk to the beach made it easy to please all members of my family, both beach lovers & pool lovers. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation!

Great place for families

Great place to stay with kids to give you the benefits of a house but proximity to the boardwalk. My only suggestion is to check the tide schedule before booking as the local beach experiences high tide leaving you unable to use the beach. We did work around it with other beaches or the pool but if we stay again we will pick a week with a better tide schedule for beach use. All in all great stay and the owner Seth was responsive and very easy to work with. We will be back.

Great location

Very comfortabke and well maintained unit. Our objective was to visit and explore the New England area. Hampton beach was perfect for us. Also, 1 block from the ocean beach. So glad we booked this rental. Seth was easy to work with as well. We highly recommend.

Awesome Hampton Beach Location.

We love Hampton Beach and the location was perfect being close to the action but not too busy and crowded. Shopping was nearby. All four of us fit comfortably in the unit. Owner was incredibly responsive and helped to make our stay great by allowing us to get whatever we needed so we could be comfortable.

Great family get away near the beach

I travelled with my husband and kids. The location was great. It was close to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all and very clean. The condo was great for the 4 of us. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. There is a nice coffee and ice cream shop within walking distance. Seth was very helpful and easy to get in touch with when any issues came up. The condo itself could use a little updating especially the shower. There were some stains on the sheets. The grill was not useable. Otherwise we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Place was very nice and relaxing . Bright colors inside to make you feel that beach vibe. Quite day and night. Having the pool was a nice option. Pool area was nice and clean. Balcony outside was big. There’s a breakfast spot a minute down the road which is nice to grab a quick bite and a coffee in the morning.

It was amazing

Everything was great. Loved the area. Weather wasn’t the best but that’s no ones fault. Loved the condo and Seth was great to work with. Also the neighbors were all amazing and very friendly. Would recommend 100x over and when we come back to Hampton would love to stay at Seths again if available
