NO Smoking. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 11PM - 8AM. Guest is responsible for bringing baby-proofing equipment, including gates for stairs.

Much more spacious than I expected; absolutely lovely home and great location. Host was great communicator, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would absolutely stay there again, and highly recommend.
