We were very disappointed in Tong House. The property was perfectly located for us and we looked forward to enjoying relaxing by the pool, but the pool has not been taken care of in a very long time and is not suitable for swimming. The entire property is not being looked after. The room was 'ready' but not clean. I think it had just been made up after the last person and left as it. They had clearly not had a guest there in some time. No staff around and no management. This property could be so nice, but right now, it isnt.
