Nice ecolodge on the East coast.

Great place away from the town. You need to have a car or tours arranged. Paula and Marianne were very responsive and accommodating. A true ecolodge experience. Highly recommended.

Incredible views and hospitality

The room was exquisitely decorated, very comfortable, and the ocean views directly from your bed can't be beat. I can't say enough about the staff here, they were very friendly/ helpful/ a lot of fun to be around. The breakfasts and packed lunches were excellent as well.

Great hotel with a few small hiccups

There are pros and cons about this hotel. Overall, the experience was great. The room was big! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Always have a smile on their face which makes us feel very welcome! The only downside are that the breakfast portion was small. For the 5 of us, we were only given two served of eggs for sharing. Also, the room also has a lot of dead flies!! We have counted and there were about 6-7 of them lying around dead. It is acceptable though given it is an island afterall and have so many cattles on the site. :)

Very unique hotel, very private and a bit remote from town so very quiet and relaxing. The Tents were very well appointed and outdoor shower was lovely. No fans in the rooms so summer could be quite warm in the tents (we stayed in winter and it was cool but there were thick duvets on the beds). The remote location means WiFi was non existent during our stay, but the staff were wonderful and very helpful at making arrangements for us for tours, dinners, rental cars and massages. Meals were very good and they used food grown on the farm, just order a few hours ahead of time to give them time to prepare, but Marco was a very good chef! Would recommend this hotel to travelers seeking something different but not completely roughing it, more like very nice glamping. Thanks to all to staff, Marco, Pablo, Caroline and Claudia!

One of my favorite places ever!

Lemu Lodge is a paradise! The “glamping” style is more glamorous than we expected with comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed cabins. Our room was just steps away from the main lodge with everything you need like well-crafted drinks from the bar, WiFi, hearty breakfast, and mostly a beautiful dinner. We wish we had eaten with Marco at Lemu Lodge every night! Renting a car is necessary since it is removed from the urban area of Hanga Roa. However, it was so peaceful, quiet, and beautiful at the lodge that the 10 minute drive is worth it! The stars are stunning removed from all light pollution, the sound of the waves crashing, and an excellent staff made us want to stay forever. Thank you Marianna and Marco! This has been one of my favorite places to stay and visit in all our travels!

Wonderful out-of-the-way eco lodge

This is a beautiful resort that is out of the mainstream with fantastic views and access to the island. If you stay here, I recommend renting a car--an easy experience on this island. It provided a quiet respite from the town but was an easy drive to all of the sights and restaurants. the on-site restaurant was also very good. The personal were helpful and friendly. It was a wonderful start to the 2019 New Year. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property.

Sehr ansprechende Lodge in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben uns für unseren Aufenthalt auf der Osterinsel für die Lemu Lodge Vaihu entschieden und habe dies nicht bereut. Die Lodge befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Hanga Rui. Am Flughafen würden wir herzlich begrüßt und haben als erstes eine kurze Fahrt durch Hanga Rui gemacht, um eine erste Orientierung zu erhalten. In der Lodge wurden wir nochmals mit einem Willkommensgetraänk empfangen. Die Unterkunft in einem der befestigten Zelten war geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Wlan ist, wie auf der Osterinsel meist, nicht ganz so flink. Das Team vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat sich die größte Mühe gegeben, es uns so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Desde el momento en que llegas te dan el mejor servicio digno de un hotel de 5 estrellas. El diseño del hotel es magnífico, un paraíso dentro de la isla. La comida la mejor!!!! Riquísima y todo fresco. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y regresare cada vez que tenga oportunidad! Muchas gracias a Marco, Mariana y Juan Pablo por todas sus atenciones!!!
