The staff was amazing , very helpful and friendly. Room was good , my only complaint would be the shampoo and conditioner bottle were akward to use .. it said to squeeze gently but it took a lot of pressure and barely came out . Breakfast was good also . I would definitely stay here again .

Not great but not terrible

The room was fine, the staff was fantastic. Only complaints were other guests on floor above were making a lot of noise (sounded like kids jumping around) past 10 and it is noticeably loud in the room and there was absolutely no hot water the morning we were leaving so we couldn't take a shower. Other than that it was a perfectly fine stay.

The TV user interface is clearly a work in progress as is the WIFI. The Youtube and Google applications did not work and neither did the casting app. Otherwise the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good but not remarkable.

It was a little out of the way to get to, but was clean and comfortable. The man at the desk recommended the restaurant next door and it was an excellent choice. The room was clean and comfortable, but it took awhile to get hot water to the third floor. Breakfast was good bed was comfortable.

It was alright. Breakfast was delicious. The older man with long hair. He was working the front desk. He was very polite and helpful. To bad the bar is only open seasonally.
