Zimmer waren recht neu und Betten besser als in anderen B&B Hotels, wenn auch recht hart. Zimmer war winzig, selbst kleinste Koffer waren kaum aufzuklappen. Über die Fenster kam recht viel Straßenlärm rein, Lüftung war laut, obwohl abgeschaltet. Zimmer sehr hellhörig (Wasserleitung in anderen Zimmern, Geräusche vom Flur, Krach vom Frühstücksraum). Der Eincheckautomat ist eine besondere Qual. Erst konnte man die Sprache wechseln, aber nicht das Einchecken starten. Dann mussten für jeden Reisenden die Daten einzeln über ein schlecht kalibriertes Touchscreen eingegeben werden. Die Logik der Dropdown-Menüs erschließt sich nicht, Deutschland kommt nach Georgien. Software hängt sich immer wieder weg. Einchecken von 4 Personen in 2 Zimmern hat ca. 12 Minuten gedauert. Benutzerfreundlichkeit geht anders. Am Schluß kam noch die zu bestätigende Warnung, dass man am nächsten Morgen noch einen Meldeschein ausfüllen müsse oder es erwarteten einen Strafen der Behörden (obwohl schon alles eingegeben und am Bildschirm unterschrieben). Nachfrage am nächsten Morgen: nein, es gebe keine Meldescheine und man müsse auch nichts mehr aufüllen ?!?
