Nice clean hotel located very convenient to the train station. The first receptionist was very nice and friendly with good English. Next day I asked the housekeeper to do my room and she gave me the dirty look (didn’t speak any English) very rude told me with face literally she wasn’t gonna clean my room, I told her is ok no problem leave it. Just gave me clean towels. I went down to report this to the receptionist and she basically was on the housekeeper side. She said is late to do your room. I told her this is a hotel you should provide what I need I don’t need to beg you for something she has to do. Is her job . Anyway I decided to better go for a walk instead of fighting with rudeness . Next time in Germany I’ll not stay here. I’m paying for a service and I need to feel comfortable where I’m staying. Personal needs to be train to work in customer service. Is too bad that this cute hotel has people spoiling a good review.

Good hotel but misleading information

The main reasons I booked this hotel was its proximity to the train station and because it offered laundry facilities. Well, it was close to the train station but they don't have laundry facilities... they offer laundry services at exorbitant prices (1 polo shirt for 8.50€, a pair od socks for 4.50€). If I had done my load of laundry there it would have cost me close to 200€.

Great central location close to main railway station with great choice of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended, would definitely stay there again. English tv channels would be beneficial though.

A bargain and pet friendly

Very basic hotel with a bit of a walk into the main part of town. They allowed our dog so that's a plus but the bed was a bit hard and the condition of the room could be a bit better. If you are looking for a bargain this is a good spot. Breakfast was really nice and parking was easy. Hotel itself is just a bit worn down and in need of a good make over. The staff was very nice though and accomodating to us while we toured around Hannover.

Too hot and noisy for comfort

The weather was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning. Also impractical to open the window as the noise from both traffic and trains was very loud. The shower room was very small.

Close to the center of town

Great location. Clean. Missing small things like coffee in room. Shower was just a curtain. On a loud street. Bring ear plugs. Price was right and I would stay again.

Good value in Hannover

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Walking distance from the main station and thus from the shopping areas and old town. Slightly dated exterior but the room was very clean and airy. The only problem I had was that although I purchased use of the wireless, I couldn't really get a good connection in my room (at the end of the corridor). But otherwise, a good value hotel for the price range.

Great downtown location

The hotel is walking distance to the train station and offers easy access to the downtown sights. Hotel has a limited number of reserved spaces, so be sure to ask if you will have a car. Decent value for hotel, although Aarhus is expensive to stay downtown.
