The house is quiet but central in Steinhude. Here you can enjoy your vacation on 100 square meters of fully equipped living space. The plot of about 90 square meters is completely paved and beautifully lit in the evenings. Here you will find a small secluded area for sunbathing on the south side. The seating area with barbecue area is located on the west side. A small path leads you directly to the water and the bathing island. A carport, directly at the house, is available for your vehicle. From your holiday home you can reach the bathing island in 5 minutes. Bakeries and other supermarkets (also open on Sundays). To the town center you go about 10 minutes. B. to the island of Wilhelmstein. Visit the Butterfly Museum or go to one of the many restaurants.

Schönes Haus, leider nicht sehr sauber

Obwohl Endreinigung im Preis mit eingeschlossen, war das Objekt, besonders Bäder und verschiedene Küchengegenstände, nicht sauber.

Schönes Haus mit Abstrichen

Die Kommunikation vorab war gut, auch die Übergabe durch die nette Frau vor Ort. Lage war ruhig aber fußläufig alles zu erreichen. Wir fanden vorab 120 Euro Endreinigung echt heftig und sind davon ausgegangen,dass wir da ein top Tipp Häuschen erwarten können. Es ist alles vorhanden und manches ist neu, manches nicht so, grundsätzlich ist es sauber, aber die Dusche im EG müsste mal gründlich geputzt werden, es schien alles etwas oberflächlich, dreckiges Besteck in der Küche, eine defekte oder völlig deplatzierte Klobrille im EG Bad, worauf in älteren Rezensionen bereits hingewiesen wurde. Wenn man einfach etwas genauer ist beim Saubermachen dann ist alles gut. Im Schlafzimmer im EG befindet sich ein ziemliches schwarzes Schimmelfleck an der Wand unter dem Schreibtisch, bitte unbedingt schauen was da los ist! Trotz allem hatten wir gute Tage in Steinhude, ein tolles Fleckchen Erde, super nette Menschen, leckeres Essen, die Region ist zu empfehlen

Es ist ein tolles Haus in super Lage.

Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt hatte ich dennoch. Im Bad im 1. OG, kann man, wenn man die Dusche angestellt hat und nass ist, ggf. schon eingeseift ist, den Hahn unmöglich auf bzw. zu drehen. Er dreht sich zu schwer.

Tolles Haus am Steinhuder Meer

Das Haus war sehr sauber, topp eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Der Weg zum Wasser ist etwas umständlich und auf Grund des aktuellen heißen Sommers konnten wir nicht baden (Algen und niedriger Wasserstand). Aber für Radtouren und dem Besuch am Hafen mit vielen leckeren Restaurants ist es ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt.

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus ist groß genug für eine Familie. Die Treppe ist für kleine Kinder oder ältere Menschen etwas mit Vorsicht zu genießen, da sie sehr steil ist. Es wäre schön, wenn in der Küchenausstattung auch kleinere Becher und Besteck für Kinder dabei wären. Einige Töpfe und Pfannen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Es wäre auch schön, wenn es für das Haus richtige Mülltonnen für die Mülltrennung geben würde. Gerade mit kleinen Kindern (Windeln) hat man ja etwas mehr Müll. Ansonsten kann man nicht „meckern“. Das Haus war sauber, die Betten total bequem und der empfohlenen Bäcker wirklich sehr gut. Die Badeinsel kann man in ca. 5 min zu Fuß erreichen. Rund um ein toller Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Objekt, in Ordnung ; FeWo- Direkt eine Katastrophe

Das Objekt war bis auf kleine Mängel in Ordnung: Toilettensitz im EG wackelt, ein Topf hatte nur einen Griff, ein Schlafzimmer lies sich nicht verdunkeln, der Sonnenschirm bei der Essecke ist defekt. Steinhude gibt sich alle Mühe Touristen zu vergraulen. Die Menschen sind unfreundlich und die Umgebung ist für Touristen nicht genügend ausgebaut. Die Vermittler vor Ort waren sehr freundlich. Die finanzielle Abwicklung mit FeWo-Direkt war absolut schlecht und ich werde garantiert nie wieder über FeWo-Direkt einen Urlaub buchen.
