Liebes Expedia Team, Leider ist es zu gar keiner Übernachtung gekommen. In der Bestätigungsmail hieß es, ich würde einen Zugangscode 24h vor dem Check In bekommen. Auch auf meine Nachfrage hin bekam ich jedoch keinen Zugang und konnte so die Übernachtung nicht nutzen und musste weiterfahren. Ich hoffe, wir finden eine vernünftige Lösung für dieses Problem, da ich die Leistung bezahlt habe, aber keinen Zugang bekommen habe. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Tobias Fröhlich
