夜の22時に到着、看板も無く、周りも暗い、ドアのシャッターも閉まっていて、何時以降にフロント不在等のアナウンスもなく周りのホテルの方が助けてくれました。 最終的に遠隔でチェックイン、その場合の方法を最初に教えてくれれば１hも無駄な時間を過ごさずにすんだので料金を返金してほしい。
