部屋には冷房だけのエアコンが多いホテルの中、東屋さんは冷暖房のエアコンだったので、寒い時期のハノイでは助かりました。屋上に露天風呂もあり、疲れを癒せます。特にスタッフの方々は、私たちの急な｢ハロン湾ツアー｣の要望にも笑顔で探してくださり、思い出を残すことが出来ました。次回も東屋さんでお願いしたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

ホテルは周辺にレストランなどが多く、立地はとても便利だと思います。ノイバイ空港からはGrabタクシーでおよそ50分弱、料金は日本円で約2,500円でした。 ホテルは大通りに面していないため、窓を閉めれば室内はかなり静かです。スタッフの方々も非常に親切で、英語と日本語の両方で対応してくださるので、わからないことがあっても安心して相談できます。 今回は滞在中、屋上の露天風呂を利用する時間が取れなかったのが残念でしたが、次回宿泊する際にはぜひ利用してみたいと思っています。

まさに日本に居るのと同じ テレビも日本の番組からネトフリ、YouTubeも見れる 何が良いかってやはり露天風呂とサウナ 滞在途中で他のホテルから移るくらい良かったです 難点は旧市街地から少し距離があるのと近所にスーパーやコンビニがありません ただし滞在の快適さがそれを上回りました

フロントでの日本語対応も問題無く，屋上の露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。 食事も日本で食べるのと遜色の無い，日本食が頂けました。 部屋は広くゆったりとできました。 ホテルの前の通りは雑然としており，少し心配になりましたが，旧市街のエリアなのでどこも同じような感じかと思います。治安には問題はなさそうでした。
