Very spacious whole 55m2 duplex house with 2 seperate floors, right in the center of Hanoi Old Quarter, very convenient access and walkable to other centre districts and main tourist attractions.

Including a shower room downstairs (next to kitchen), a toilet upstairs (next to bedroom), a living room with 2 sofa beds (can be converted to beds) and smart TV, wifi; a kitchen with full basic amenities; a bedroom with a queen bed & extra mattress.

Please also bear in mind that the apartment is on 2nd floor, reachable by a stair of around 10 steps, it is a bit narrow and steep.

Apart from that, the apartment has 2 seperate floors. The shower room is downstairs, next to kitchen & living room. The toilet is upstairs, next to bedroom. They are seperate, because this is an old-style house.

Easy access to Hanoi's tourist destinations from our apartment:
- Hanoi railway cafe street: 20m
- Tong Duy Tan food street: 20m
- Hanoi Centre Train station: 10 mins
- The Old Quarter of Hanoi is right there to walk easily

- Hoan Kiem lake: 10-15 mins walking
- Temple of Literature: 15 mins walking

Dan was very responsive and communicative right at booking and throughout after booking he guided us by booking a car for us from the airport and ensured that we were comfortable even though we reached his place very late at night also throughout the stay he ensured that we were very comfortable and had everything we needed at the property it's a great location and I highly recommend Dan and the property thank you Dan for being a great host
