Absolutely terrible experience. No one came to check me in, another couple had just checked in, viewed the room and reported that it was nothing like the pictures and wanted to cancel and refund, but by then the man who checked them in had left the property. When they finally got back to me they first claimed it was not them my booking was with, and then said my room was water damaged and directed me to another hotel (not in the same area), I requested to cancel the booking and get a refund. I ended up making a new booking and staying elsewhere. I am still trying to get my refund from them, hotels.com has not been able to get in touch with them either.. DO NOT BOOK, it’s a scam.

This hotel is great! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — I especially loved the balcony view of the city. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and tasty dishes. The location is also perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions. If I had to mention one small thing, it would be that the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
