AVOID THIS HOTEL *** SCAM*** The pictures and description of the room we booked showed 2 rooms and a balcony with a city view. It was supposed to be an apartment. Its literally called FULLHOUSE ApartHotel. When we arrived, we had one room, no balcony and a view of a brick wall. We only booked this property because the pictures boasted a pool and lounge area. Upon arrival, we were informed that those amenities don’t even exist at our hotel. There’s no pool or anything here. She claimed that the original hotel was struck by lightning and that she moved us to a new hotel without even informing us of that. Also, when we arrived we were charged an additional $20 to get access to our room that was never even mentioned on Expedia. She said this was to pay for hotel maintenance and it varies based on room size. We got charged a random fee based on room size but received a smaller room. We had a long day and had no other choice so we paid the fee. When we arrived they had us wait over an hour for us to be checked in and then blamed it on us. (Saying that her staff has been looking for us for an hour) when we were right at the entrance the entire time and sent her a picture of where we were standing. You come on vacation to relax and have to deal with extra random charges (not noted on Expedia) only after you book, no refund policy and the owner trying to gaslight you over text the entire time (honestly re-reading the conversations is pretty comical)

It is a safe and comfortable place to stay with privacy. The host was very friendly and always quick to guide us, and responded quickly to our requests as well. I would highly recommend this house if you are traveling for a group because there is a common space.

Very clean and comfortable apartment! The host was also extremely friendly, with great communication. The location was perfect, just down the road from tons of restaurants, shops, etc. Finally have to mention the view, it was beautiful. The images on Expedia are very accurate!
