This serviced apartment is a hidden gem. If you don't mind being far from Old Quarter, I would definitely recommend to stay there. It this a good sized apartment, with a fully equiped kitchen (counter top burners, fridge and micro wave), a comfortable living room (sofa, big TV, a small dining table and a work desk) and a nice bedroom with a HUGE sliding door/window and a balcony. Also, there is so many storage room everywhere that it won't be ever be a problem, even on long stays, like I did (2 weeks). Overall, the apartment and building are not new and don't have luxury feeling but everything is clean and comfortable. Room service like trash disposal, cleaning and refill of shampoo and shower gel is daily and you can ask the manager if you need a change of beddings and clean towels. The manager always have been quick to reply and quick to help so communication is very good. There are a lot of small restaurants and the bjg Lotte Westlake mall in walking distance so it's easy to find cheap and delicious eating options. Please note that this area is far from Old Quarter so it might be something to consider. I didn't have any trouble moving around town since there are several bus stops nearby so you can basically go anywhere (Old Quarter, the business district, the airportm etc.). Of course, there is also the Grab service. Overall, this is a very good and affordable option for those who want to stay in a quiet, local and beautiful area of Hanoi.

NOOO recomiendo alquilar con este grupo. Hice una reserva por una semana para ver las fiestas vietnamitas, y pasaron varias cosas que me hicieron sentir engañado: Me contactaron pocos días después sugiriendo que cancelara la reserva “porque hay fiestas” (la razón por la que reservé era ver esas fiestas). Luego dijeron que el estudio había sido pintado y que mejorarian mi reserva, para terminar diciéndome que el edificio estaba completo. Me cambiaron a un lugar cercano, y finalmente me mudaron a un estudio a 20 minutos del lugar que yo quería. El nuevo estudio estaba con mucho polvo, el baño tenía problemas con las tuberías, y no lo habían limpiado bien — había rastros del huésped anterior. Me parece muy lamentable que jueguen con la expectativa de los turistas para dar lo mínimo posible. Si valoras lo que reservas, busca otra opción.

I'm quite meticulous and have stayed in many apartment hotels. The apartment here, with daily cleaning, meets my cleanliness standards. The staff is also very enthusiastic in providing advice and care. Furthermore, the location is excellent, being close to the lake, making it airy and convenient for shopping. The next time I come back, I will book to stay here again.
