Hotel was in the lively old Quarter of Hanoi, and was a welcome oasis from the hustle and bustle, definitely close to all the action.. My room had all the amenities I required to feel at home. It was very tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and welcome, with a good selection of items. Most importantly the Staff here are amazing. Extremely helpful and patient with guests. I must have has a million questions, but they all took the time to answer them. A giant shout out to Miss Swan, Miss Ahn and Mr’s Tommy, Max and Roger. Who’s help made my stay most memorable. The hotel is very fortunate to have them.

Good location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable room , although a few design features are annoying - bedside tables etc too low to be useful, wooden bed surround sticks out by 10 cm or so, meaning that you continually bash your shin on the corners!

Great central location in the old quarters. Close to everything you need. Right around the corner from the water puppet show, and old quarters is just a few steps away. The breakfast selection was great - some of the best I have ever experienced. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely come back here.

Room clean, good location, staff friendly receptionist friendly .. just slightly complain on the utensil of the restaurant . Is not 100% clean , still got some stain on cup and bowl. And some fly flying around .. but overall the restaurant for breakfast still acceptable. Easy access to many places. Happy to stay here.
