Excellent service from friendly staff, always eager to help and offer advice on where to eat, what to watch out for, tour booking etc. Hotel is centrally located and is walkable to many attractions. Rooms are tiny and the pictures online are deceiving. Breakfast buffet is good and they also offer complimentary made to order eggs, pancakes, french toast and 3 different types of pho (beef, chicken and vegetables). I'd stay here again but would definitely upgrade to a bigger room.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, The problem lies with the management that not been able to keep the safe and healthy environment for travellers. Dirty and smelly pillows, bedsheet and sticky floor are examples. If you want to have a good rest for a night, then this place may not be for you.

As other reviews noted, the staff are outstanding and that’s why I chose it. The photos of the rooms are deceptive - they are significantly smaller. It was fine but I don’t like it when the photos are that inaccurate because it leaves you feeling misled. The staff alone though make it worth it - especially if it’s your first stop in Vietnam and you want to be somewhere helpful.
