Amazing hotel with unbeatable location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. You can order eggs in any style and pho a la carte. However, the staff was by far the best part of the hotel. They were very accommodating and helpful with their recommendations. The spa was also excellent and especially cheap for hotel guests (35% off).

The room that we stayed was very spacious and neat. The staffs were very helpful. They were always available when we needed assistance. The breakfast had a lot of healthy choices. The location of the hotel is also great. I noticed in Hanoi, some streets are one-way streets that would make it hard for taxi drivers for pickup and drop off. This hotel locates on a two way street. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back when I go to Hanoi on my next trip.
