The location was perfect. The staff was fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The facility was nice and clean. My only complaint is the air conditioning is weak and does not cool the room to my expectations. However, the fan help tremendously to keep the room temperature at a tolerable rate.

Great budget hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, 2min walk to Hoan Kiem lake (lake of the returned sword) 12min walk from Train street. Perfect nase for exploring Hanoi. Desk arranged a full day tour (can be split into morning 1st day and afternoon next day) whoch was great. Staff are lovely, rooms are small, very clean. Will use again

The entire staff I came in contact with spoke excellent English and were super friendly. Their smiles and laughs were quite infectious. The breakfast was outstanding. The two cooks provided delicious choices of local and western dishes. The young lady, Thanh Chuc, bussing the dining area was a little dynamo keeping the tables cleared.

The property itself is lovely and the staff were great and helped us book a trip to Ha Long. However, the roof bar is not open so we could not use that. There was never a mention of a Spa and we could not see one other than the ones on the street. It is also not on google maps for some reason so we did get lost trying to find it on the way home on our first night. A bit disappointing with the missing facilities as these were the reasons it was picked over other options.

3泊4日でのハノイ旅。 初日は最上階にアップグレードだが、翌日からの水がトイレルームに漏れ過ぎ。 2日目からは部屋移動。 バスソープが入っておらず、次の日も無し。 清掃員は何をしてるのか？ あと、2日目からはレストランの下の部屋で、早朝より大音量の音楽や用意する足音等がうるさ過ぎた。 外部の音は、上と非常階段でのスタッフの話し声が聞こえ過ぎ。
