We were pleasantly surprised with our 4 night stay at Hanoi Garden Hotel & Spa. The hotel was very clean and inviting . The included buffet breakfast had plenty of choice. The staff were also very helpful with advice and assistance. The most surprising thing was how quiet it was in the rooms with all the hurly burly of Hanoi just outside in the street. Well recommended.

In the chaos that can be the Old Quarter of Hanoi, The Garden Hotel and Spa is an oasis of calm. It's location couldn't be better to experience that exciting atmosphere but behind the door it is calm and the employees are excellent. They made sure my family and I were well taken care of at all times. We also utilized them for transportation back and forth to the airport for a fair cost. The breakfast is great also!

Location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access key attractions. The property itself is very clean and well-maintained, which immediately makes for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night, so I couldn’t fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. What truly stands out, though, is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making guests feel right at home. Overall, a nice place to stay that I would happily recommend.

Great centrally located hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations and the spa in the hotel was well priced. We had some fantastic massages! Lovely hotel in central location with the friendliest and helpful staff. Super comfy rooms, spotlessly clean. Breakfast more than ample to set you up for the day. Think they could drop the word garden as there is not one, however no big deal just confusing. Didn’t use Spa so cant comment on that. Definitely recommend 👌

Located in a central part of Hanoi this Hotel offers a good standard of value and comfort. I spent two nights here following an off road motorcycle trip and so took advantage of the laundry service and an opportunity to get some good sleep. I was not disappointed, very attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was fine with a good selection of food. Overall a good choice if you need to be in central Hanoi.
