The staff were nice, tried to be very helpful. However, even though you book a “Courtyard Room”, it doesn’t have a courtyard and no view at all. It gives you a rooftop area, however, at night it’s very dark to get too and there are no chairs to sit on! It says access to pool, what it doesn’t say is, you have to pay a fee to access it a different hotel. It needs a lot of care and attention to make it a four star hotel.

Our Hotel was in a great location near all shops and markets, has 24 hour desk and very welcoming staff and very helpful, and let us check out late, room was lovely, did not have a couch or a microwave and could of had a bigger fridge with freezer to keep ice, they offered free buffet breakfast which was good but need to keep the food warm as it gets cold quickly.

The hotel is in a very busy area. Easy walking access to food and entertainment but it also means music from next door was blasting through the walls. If you need sleep, this isn't the place for you. Roof top is nice but the view from the roof top and the rooms is straight on the highway. Breakfast was great. The quality of the room is like a decent model. No AC. It felt warm inside. The highlight for me was just that the drag are really nice. Otherwise no wish to stay here again.
