The staff was phenomenal and the customer service excellent. They really care that you have a wonderful experience. The hotel has everything you need and a rooftop bar with a nice view (despite the super loud club music even during sunset). It’s located in the middle of bars, hostels, etc. so there is expected noise at night which didn’t really bother me. Walking distance to the lake, restaurants, etc.

This is an awesome hotel in a great area. Everything Hanoi has to offer is accessible from here. After a day of enjoying busy Hanoi this hotel, restaurant and bar serves as an ideal place to recharge. The quality of the room exceeded my expectations as did the breakfast.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Pure luxury. It’s the service they provide that makes them stand out above other hotels. The hospitality is beyond normal. It appears their model is to provide service that is well above standards and provide for all your needs to make your stay comfortable. Gourmet restaurant inside and also a rooftop bar. Classy. Hotel located in the middle of a busy/party area of the city with many restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to someone who wants to experience a classy stay in the middle of the action with many options within walking distance.

The hotel is very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The setting in the old quarter is central and close to most things. We booked the La Mejor Suite which was very nice and well presented. The suites is however directly below the restaurant and you hear a lot of foot traffic noise in the morning. Despite being very central located the hotel blocks out the majority of noise well, even with several roof top bars being close by. Closely located to beer street which is lively to say the least. Roof top bar in the hotel is amazing and staff were fantastic. Overall a nice place to stay.

Our stay at La Mejor was excellent. Our room was spotless. The restaurant was extremely good and Ngoc was a terrific hostess there. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at La Mejor when visiting Hanoi.

The rooms are set back from the noisy main drag and located right in the hears of nightlife and quiet daytime coffee shops and cafes. The shower had very hot water quickly and with high pressure. The bed and linens were high quality - and the breakfast with eggs to order had ample meats, fruits, breads, and rice options. I highly recommend this hotel !!

Arrived in HaNoi on a weekend - the hustle bustle in the old town was mind boggling and the street in front of the hotel was impassable but the hotel staff met our taxi at the corner and carried our bags to the hotel. Staff went above and beyond in making our stay enjoyable. Loved the ambience of the restaurant and the food was beautifully presented.

I loved this trip, and staying at La Mejor made it even more special. It was my first solo adventure, and I’m so glad I chose this place. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed to visit, and the complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, especially with the beautiful morning views. What truly stood out was the staff, so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. They even prepared food for me before I checked out, knowing I had an early flight and would miss breakfast.
