Upon entering the establishment, the interior decor and furnishings exude a warm and inviting ambiance. The staff consistently demonstrated exceptional hospitality, graciousness, and accommodation throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delectable, and the dining area offered a breathtaking 365-degree view of Old Quarter, Hanoi. The hotel boasts a prime location, merely a couple of minutes' walk from the church and the lake. I would definitely come back to this hotel when i visit Hanoi again

Beautiful hotel with outstanding service! We were treated so well here, the staff helped us with several requests. We were able to store our luggage here a few days before we checked in and they let us keep it at the hotel when we took short trips outside of Hanoi. When we actually checked in, they gave us a free upgrade to the President Suite with a hot tub and terrace. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and they opened the restaurant 15 minutes early to accommodate our early departure flight on our last day. They also arranged our airport transfer free of charge. We were blown away by the accommodation and quality of service here. We stayed at several great hotels throughout our Vietnam trip but this one was the best! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Hanoi.

This hotel is situated in a great location in the Old Quarter. It was easy access to get to all the restaurants, coffee shops and shopping that was near by. The best part was the hotel staff that went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. From holding our luggage, exchange USD at a reasonable rate and the considerate gesture of making us a breakfast to-go boxes the day we left at 5:30am to make our 8am flight to Da Nang. Their breakfast was really good too…loved all the options they provided!! You won’t regret booking a room with them.
