I was a bit disappointed when we booked I thought we might have a lake view but we didn't. The location is amazing though - just off the lake & in the none car area. Everything is walkable or easy to tuk tuk/grab. Hanoi just before Christmas is something EXTRA special. If you have the chance I would recommend going
