Review for Peridot Gallery Classic Hotel – Hanoi.

Our stay at Peridot Gallery Classic Hotel was truly exceptional. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special — from the thoughtful room decoration with towel swans and rose petals to the surprise anniversary cake waiting on our bed. It was such a sweet and memorable gesture that warmed our hearts. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and located conveniently in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The staff were consistently polite, warm, and attentive. They even packed us a takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight — another thoughtful touch that we deeply appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Peridot Gallery team, for your kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommended for couples, special occasions, or anyone who wants a seamless and heartwarming experience in Hanoi.

Room was a little small but that's probably cause we booted basic room. Room and hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was exceptional. Please keep in mind, this is a hotel in the old quarters of Hanoi and not a hotel in New York or Hong Kong.

Great customer service, friendly staff and great location! Weeks before arriving Tracy was making sure I had everything sorted for our trip, very helpful!!! Beautiful hotel, good breakfast with lots of options to have, room super comfortable and rooftop has amazing view. I recommend to go up to checkout the sunset with a cocktail as both are a great match ☺️ Thanks to everyone working there!!!

We stayed again at the Peridot at the end of our trip for one night before heading back to Canada. Beautiful room and bathroom. Great shower, toiletries and storage in the room. Love the comfy beds! Awesome service from the front desk and staff who delivered our luggage to the room. They have the best buffet breakfast we experienced in our 3 week trip to Vietnam. They make an excellent iced coconut coffee! Would stay ther again.

Beautiful, elegant, totally under-rated hotel. Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff, the rooms, the decor, cleanliness. Drinks, food......we couldnt fault it. The only issue (out of the hotels control) was the construction going on next door. Unfortunately we had to move to a new hotel as we were in Hanoi for 2 weeks but the hotel were fantastic. But, we still went back to use the rooftop bar every evening. The staff made us so welcome and we were gutted we had to move. We will stay here again though. We also stayed at the Peridot Grand luxury hotel which is a 5 star, but it wasnt as good as Peridot gallery classic

I have had a wonderful stay at the Peridot. The staff are amazing and provide 5 star service. As a solo female traveller i was made to feel very safe and looked after during my stay. Staff are extremely attentive and kind. The room was so comfy and one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices and amazing views. Location was perfect in a safe area of Hanoi and very central to the main attractions. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hanoi. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!

Fantastic Stay at Peridot!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The customer service is fantastic, the common areas are very nice and clean, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we had the choice between cooked meals or buffet. Either options were phenomenal! We highly recommend this hotel!

I love the hotel, the room was small ( no problem since we had only carry one) but nice with a balcony. The breakfast was the best. I didn’t get any upgrade, also the VIP discount because I’m gold member didn’t work. I felt bad about Expedia . The hotel was great

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel welcomed us with a tea and a cold towel which was definitely needed in the heat! The receptionist was very welcoming and provided us a detailed tour of Hanoi and places to visit with information of each location. The room was spacious and very clean with good working air con. Breakfast was included and was a big variety for buffet style or you could order something specific from a menu for no extra charge. Location was brilliant, 5 minute walk to the night markets and under 10 to train street

The rooftop bar, restaurant and spa offer great city during meals and at night, a great place to unwind after a hectic day schedule. The hotel is within 5 minutes walk of Train street and the Markets. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. There is a mini mart and a tech shop within a minute walk for those that need power adapters. Highly recommend staying here.
