The epitome of customer service A beautiful Hotel

We had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel for 3 nights As a 4star hotel it punches well above it’s weight Firstly it’s greatest attribute are their staff At all levels. From the cleaner the doorman the waiting staff in restaurants & bar & the eloquent front of house guest relations could all not be kinder The rooms are beautifully appointed. We had a deluxe room on the 4th floor with a small balcony to view the busy street below in the old quarter. A small downside is it can be a bit noisy from the street, due to being in the heart of the old quarter, the sound deadening helps. The rooms are beautifully appointed & in particular the beds & bedding. The best I’ve ever experienced in comfort & a sanctuary of a busy day out in the frenetic quarter A plus & minus for the bathrooms. Whilst very elegant & well appointed the shower can spray into general area & make marble floor slippery. For the first few days we accepted this, due to so many pluses within hotel, however on the last night a slip became a little treacherous. We chose to make a complaint & the Hotel & staff were right onto it with many apologies. Well exceeding our expectations the management made a point of extending our room stay for a late check out into the early evening due to our inconvenience & knowing full well we had a late evening train connection This to us was the epitome of customer service, well exceeding our expectations. Special Mention to Hazel & Aubrey on front desk for making this happen

Great location, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast. The only thing we would fault is the shower flooded the bathroom when used as there isn't a way to keep the water from spraying out of the shower. We stayed two nights and toured all around the old quarter on foot so it was great to be able to pop into the hotel for a quick break since it's centrally located. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Our stay at Peridot Gallery Classic Hotel was truly exceptional. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special — from the thoughtful room decoration with towel swans and rose petals to the surprise anniversary cake waiting on our bed. It was such a sweet and memorable gesture that warmed our hearts. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and located conveniently in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The staff were consistently polite, warm, and attentive. They even packed us a takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight — another thoughtful touch that we deeply appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Peridot Gallery team, for your kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommended for couples, special occasions, or anyone who wants a seamless and heartwarming experience in Hanoi.

Room was a little small but that's probably cause we booted basic room. Room and hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was exceptional. Please keep in mind, this is a hotel in the old quarters of Hanoi and not a hotel in New York or Hong Kong.
