Excellent location in old quarter of Hanoi, near lake. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Staff was simply amazing, friendly and helpful at every turn. We stayed for one night before and one night after our Dragon Legend cruise and they upgraded my room on the return visit. If visiting on a weekend, definitely walk around the lake front in the evening to see the community gather. I would happily stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Hanoi.

Excellent service. Nice and clean hotel in the city centre (old quarter). Would stay here again. All the staff was really nice and accomodating. Aircondition works well and breakfast was also really good. The rooms were nice ald spacious and shower was good.
