The room, staff, location and the breakfast. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. My little one got sick -‘d I can’t thank the cleaners enough for changing the sheets and for cleaning up our room a few times. The receptionists even took me to the pharmacy to get some medicines. The restaurant guys brought breakfast to our room for my son and wife. The staff did everything that they could. We are so impressed and happy with the hotel. The breakfast was so good and we really enjoyed it. The location is central and easy for shopping and very close to the riverside if you want to go for a walk. Plenty of Cafés and restaurants. There’s are a couple of roti shops quite close to this hotel (2 mins walk) where they sell hot fresh baked super soft buns that one must try.

Me encantó todo de la propiedad, especialmente el personal. Son un grupo joven, pero muy, muy amable y sincero. Fueron extremadamente serviciales con todas las solicitudes y siempre tenían una sonrisa al pasar. La ubicación también es excelente y las habitaciones son sorprendentemente más grandes que la mayoría de los hoteles en estas pequeñas calles. El buffet de desayuno por la mañana es un poco limitado, pero excelente en calidad y sabor.

객실, 직원, 위치, 그리고 아침식사가 모두 좋았습니다. 직원들은 정말 뛰어나며 숙박을 편안하게 해주기 위해 최선을 다합니다. 저희 아이가 아팠을 때, 청소 직원들이 몇 번이나 방을 청소하고 시트를 바꿔줘서 정말 감사했습니다. 리셉션 직원들은 심지어 약국까지 데려다 주어 약을 살 수 있게 도와주었습니다. 레스토랑 직원들은 아침식사를 제 아들 및 아내에게 방까지 가져다 주었습니다. 직원들은 가능한 모든 것을 다 해주었습니다. 호텔에 매우 감명받고 행복했습니다. 아침식사는 정말 맛있었고, 저희는 정말 즐거웠습니다. 위치는 중심부에 있어 쇼핑하기 좋고, 산책을 원하신다면 강변과도 매우 가깝습니다. 카페와 레스토랑도 충분히 있습니다. 호텔에서 도보로 2분 정도 거리에 핫하고 갓 구운 부드러운 빵을 파는 로티 가게가 몇 군데 있어 꼭 시도해볼 만합니다.

Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a tout fait pour me faire sentir le bienvenu — ils étaient toujours sympathiques, attentifs et prêts à m'aider pour tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Le service tout au long de mon séjour était excellent, témoignant d'une véritable hospitalité à chaque instant. Ma chambre était exceptionnellement spacieuse, et j'ai apprécié sa propreté et son confort, offrant un refuge parfait après avoir exploré la ville animée. Avendo soggiornato in numerosi hotel e homestay in Vietnam, posso dire sinceramente che questa è stata l'esperienza migliore. L'anno scorso ho soggiornato in un altro hotel — e anche se era davvero buono, il Royal Premium era superiore. È proprio un hotel di classe con uno staff straordinario. So che molti recensori usano l'aggettivo "straordinario", ma in questo caso sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla loro attenzione. Quando mia moglie era malata, il manager ha inviato una tazza di tè caldo gratuita. Quando avevamo bisogno di una corsa con Grab (la mia app non funzionava), ce l’hanno fornita. ĐA, Anna, in particolare, sono state fantastiche e meritano un applauso dalla direzione per il lavoro che fanno. Un ringraziamento anche a due altri giovani uomini alla reception. Tutti, francamente, sono stati molto disponibili. Okay, la colazione: buona con una varietà di cibi che gli asiatici adorerebbero e i occidentali apprezzerebbero. I ragazzi che cucinavano le uova hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro. I "benvenuti" del mattino erano straordinari! Le camere: molto confortevoli! È stata la migliore camera che abbiamo avuto in Vietnam.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt – direkt im Herzen des Altstadtviertels von Hanoi, was es einfach macht, die lebhaften Straßen, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam und immer bereit zu helfen, mit einem Lächeln. Mein Zimmer war sauber, bequem und gut ausgestattet, mit durchdachten Details, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machten. Das Frühstück war köstlich und bot eine großartige Mischung aus lokalen und internationalen Optionen. Insgesamt eine fantastische Erfahrung – ich würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Hanoi auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
