Good location in the Old Quarter, the hotel have limitations due to its existing structure. However, it has a fantastic team of front office staff that assisted us during our recent stay, helping us in getting on local tours, recommending food establishments and sorting out airline tickets. Special thank you to Chloe and Emma for their extra efforts.

Old & outdated inside the room even the outside doesn’t look too bad. The images they posted on the media are not accurate. The real property is way smaller. The neighborhood always so busy, very hard to have taxi stops to pic you up.

Great location with easy and close access to Hoàn Kiếm Lake, shopping and attractions in the Old Quarter. Besides the great location, we enjoyed our stay because the hotel was quiet and comfortable. One aspect that should be highlighted is the level of service. Carlos and Amelinda, along with the rest of the team, took great care of us, always attentive and willing to offer any assistance. The onsite restaurant and breakfast was a great perk, along with the rooftop bar. Looking forward to our next visit. thanks!
