The hotel is in the middle of the old quarter which is very lively at night, but the room is very quiet (as there’s no window). The staff is very nice, room is spacious and the breakfast is perfect! I really like that the Tv in room can access to Netflix. We definitely enjoyed our stay here!

The room and facility was great. Our bathroom was huge for the area. Location was excellent, right in the centre of Old Quarter but not on the main busy street. One minor consideration, the bar on the adjacent street is loud until midnight. The breakfast was OK, good selection of Vietnamese and western food. Do note this is HN Old Quarter, everything is petite.

⚠️ There was very loud music coming from the bar/nightclub straight across from the hotel, and we filed a noise complaint to the staff and were able to change the room from 6th floor to 9th floor. Even tho we still hear the music it's not unbearable loud. We truly feel sorry for the hotel as it's only been open for 7 months and the bar across the street (Diner's club) has been opened a month. That's why you see there's so many good reviews for this 5 star hotel while as only the last review complains about the noise. Remember to give the Diners club a bad review for ruining the hotel experience for us all. But since Manager Du was so professional and polite I still think the hotel deserves a 5 star rating.
