Great location close to many attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet despite being in the middle of the Old Quarter. The hotel doesn't have a gym, but guests can use the gym at the sister hotel, a 2 min walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

My only recommendation if you’re looking at booking this property and are a larger individual is to upgrade to a mini suite as the deluxe room bathroom is very tight where the toilet is located. Otherwise the hotel is very nice, excellent staff and the location is very good. Breakfast buffet was adequate, roof top bar is a nice escape after a long day. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hanoi.

The staff were tremendously kind and helpful, and the room was comfortable, well appointed, and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well located right in the heart of the old quarter, on a busy and noisy street but it is convenient. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
