This hotel is in a great location, close to the old quarter as well as the French quarter and right in front of the lake. All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. We used the spa and my wife said it was one of the best treatmentws she has ever had. The rooftop bar has an excellent view over Hanoi.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, probably the best we have had in Vietnam. But what makes this place special is the staff who go above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. A special mention to Henry, Guest Relations Officer, for his help. We really recommend this hotel.
