Our stay at La Sinfonia Del Rey Hotel and Spa in Hanoi was exceptional. The hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality. A special thank you to Kathy at the concierge desk who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. She efficiently helped us book a stunning Ha Long Bay cruise and arranged smooth, stress-free airport transportation. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. the food at the hotel was delicious, with a great variety of local and international options. From the moment you enter you are treated like their #1 guest. Hot tea ans snacks while you await check in. Fruit plate and dessert plate with a personalized welcome written in chocolate. The staff in the hotel was fantastic they went out of their way to make sure you had the best time in Hanoi. The room facilities were good, traffic noise didn’t come in which was a bonus. The only small con that the walls are thin and you can hear the people in the rooms next to you but luckily this wasn’t a major issue as we had neighbours who went to bed about the same time as us.
