We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was amazing. It had a kitchen, washer/dryer, beautiful bedrooms and SO much storage space. The Lotte mart was convenient. I love the showcase coffee shop inside the entrance. The hotel is full of beautiful areas to explore. The gym/sauna/spa pool were wonderful!

With a price lower than the hotel, I got a full apartment with a fully functional kitchen plus washer dryer, and an amazing view!! I’ve been recommending this residence to my friends! This is my choice when I visit Hanoi next time!

Very central and convenient with lots of eateries nearby hotel. Within the hotel, there’s a huge Lotte supermarket with lots of Korean and Vietnamese stuff to buy. Quite a number of cafes nearby and even a Starbucks at the first level of the hotel.

So happy we picked this place…

Was an incredibly find. The property sits atop of a mall and market. The staff was amazing - Ding at first floor lobby was super nice and helpful. Having a washer and dryer for our 11 nights stay was a plus.
