We offer our entire apartment in a 20 floor building which was built in 2009. Our place is located at the intersection between Ngoc Khanh and Giang Vo avenue which is only 20 minutes drive to Hoan Kiem lake. Main attraction in the area will be the Temple of Literature which is 10 minute walking distance. The neighborhood is well secured as near to USA embassy. The area is also well served with a lot of gastronomic options. We also offer individual rooms rental in the same apartment.

Our building is located at the intersection between Ngoc Khanh and Giang Vo avenue which gives a lot of advantages. Giang Vo is one of the main Avenue of Hanoi. Therefore, you will have a lot of dining options in the area, ranging from budget to fine dining. If you want to take a closer look into local lifestyle, please note there are a lot of local coffees in the area. Our Building is next to Rose Residence Building which is where the USA Embassy has their Visa Service. For this reason, the area is well secured with police patrol on regular basis 24h/24h. As we are on the main street, every taxi driver can drive you back with ease as our address can be easilly found on any GPS system.

For leisure travelling, we are not far away from main attractions. The Temple of Literature is only 10 minute walking distance away from us. The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is only 15 minutes drive away. Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter is 20-25 minutes drive away.

The surrounding area is great to discover as many restaurant and local coffee on Giang Vo street and Giang Vo Lake. A famous late night food corner can also be found right behind the building on De La Thanh street. For US citizens, the USA embassy is just right next door for immigration service and 5 minutes walk to the citizens service. As part of the main downtown district, getting a cab in this area is very easy, Uber and GrabCar service is well served for the very same reason.
