Meritel Hanoi stay

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Meritel Hanoi! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality was exceptional, always friendly and attentive. The room was fantastic—beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly cozy. It was like a birthday cake—sweet, delightful, and perfect in every way! Every detail, from the amenities to the ambiance, was top-notch. Great central location in old quarter, a few minute walk to train street, all tours pick up from the hotel. What really makes it special are the staff who were super helpful. Special mention goes to Mike who we relied on a lot for help and information throughout our stay.

Lovely time in old town Hanoi

After a smooth airport pick up arranged by Meritel, we were greeted with tea and cold towels in the beautiful French Colonial boutique hotel in the heart of old town Hanoi. Judy and Katy at the front desk were always helpful, arranging tours, making excellent dining and shopping suggestions and basically seeing to all our needs. William at the rooftop bar and Emma in the restaurant were also attentive and informative. The room faced the busy street but was very quiet. Bit cold for a rooftop swim but we tried anyway, Canadians, eh.😉
