Every aspect of the Minerva Premium Hotel was amazing! From the moment we made our online reservation, the staff at the Minerva was in contact with us to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. A car picked us up at the airport and the staff gave us clear precise directions on what to do and how to find our driver. We arrived at the hotel at about midnight and two lovely staff members welcomed us with fruit and refreshing drinks, the lobby smelled like flowers and was stunning. We had just traveled 30 hours from MN with very little sleep and we felt welcomed, safe, and cared for at the Minerva. We had a suite with a king-size bed, a balcony that faced the street, and a large free-standing bathtub. Everything was clean, comfortable, and tastefully done. We enjoyed the free breakfast on the tenth floor with panoramic city views, the food and service was exceptional. We also experienced happy hour and dinner at the Cocina restaurant and Velas Skybar on the roof of the building. The food was tasty, the 360° city view under the night sky was wonderful, the drinks were fun, the live music was an unexpected treat, and the staff was charming and so attentive and personable. In all of our travels we have never met a better hotel staff. They were so helpful, trustworthy, and truly cared about us. Thank you Jamie, Sun, Hai and all of the staff at The Minerva. We will be recommending your hotel to everyone.

From the moment we stepped through their doors, we were enveloped in such genuine warmth that we felt less like hotel guests and more like friends returning home. Prime location in the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring. Staff went above and beyond - What truly sets Minerva Premium apart is their extraordinary team. Every single staff member we encountered radiated a genuine welcome and their recommendations for sights, dining, and activities were spot-on and enhanced our entire Hanoi experience immeasurably. When we needed to change our dates at the last minute, the staff handled everything with such grace and efficiency that what could have been stressful became seamless. They even went the extra mile to arrange our airport transfer with a private car at remarkably reasonable pricing - just one example of how they consistently anticipated our needs. This is a perfect hotel to stay in when visiting Hanoi. The hotel is really well located and walking distance from a lot of things. It is clean and well decorated. Breakfast was delicious, there was a buffet selection and an additional menu that you could also order from. The staff are so friendly and kind. I was unwell with food poising during my stay and they couldn’t have done more to help. Thank you so much!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were given VIP treatment . Staff went above and beyond for us everyday and called us by our name which we loved . The hotel is so beautiful and clean , breakfast every morning was so yummy and the staff in the dinning room were outstanding . We had a massage and it was wonderful .
