This is a perfect hotel to stay in when visiting Hanoi. The hotel is really well located and walking distance from a lot of things. It is clean and well decorated. Breakfast was delicious, there was a buffet selection and an additional menu that you could also order from. The staff are so friendly and kind. I was unwell with food poising during my stay and they couldn’t have done more to help. Thank you so much!

Steve the General Manager maintains a first class hotel. Restaurant and sky bar staff are excellent. Hotel is clean and modern with breakfast served in the very nice restaurant on the top floor.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were given VIP treatment . Staff went above and beyond for us everyday and called us by our name which we loved . The hotel is so beautiful and clean , breakfast every morning was so yummy and the staff in the dinning room were outstanding . We had a massage and it was wonderful . Steven and Jamie were outstanding along with all the other staff I highly recommend the Minerva premium hotel if you are staying in Hanoi

There is not a single fault we could find about this hotel. Its location, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and most lmportantly the fantaslc staff are to be recommended to all Hanoi visitors. Kate and her colleague at the reception were very helpful everytime we approached them. Sun and the staff at breakfast were always cheerful and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was very good and people with different tastes can find something. Steve and Jaime were also very helpful in finding the best cruise options. Overall, the staff were extremely friendly, kind, and ready ro help. Heartfelt thanks to them all. This is a wonderful hotel to stay in Hanoi old quarter. One last point about the wifi quality; signal was very good throughout the hotel. In fact, my phone was able to connect to the internet a couple blocks away through the hotel wifi.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Minerva. It was a perfect location, within walking distance of all the important things we planned on seeing/doing. Perfect location and good value for your money!

We chose to stay at this hotel for being in the heart of Old Quarter. I was initially concerned about noise in the area but the hotel is rather on a quiet street and away from the bars. Initially I booked a standard room (no window) and was proactively informed that these rooms have no window so cancelled and rebooked a balcony room which caused a problem in their systems and we were given a standard room at check-in. Once I realized the issue and complained the hotel manager Mr Jamie did everything he can to make it up to us, including refunding the difference and upgrading us to a cathedral view balcony room (nothing exceptional anout the view as seen in my pictures but much bigger room), free couple's massage and drinks at the bar. We knew the buildings at old quarter are old and we expected some issues but the hotel is renovated and we had no issues with water or a/c. Although the walls are thin and you can hear loud guests at night especially if you stay in a standard room. Breakfast is fair for the price and service is good. All staff was very helpful and kind. There are countless dining options and shops around the hotel. So if you are looking for luxury go for a hotel at French quarter but if you are looking for convenience and agfirdability stay at the Old quarter.

This hotel is a gem located in the old corner ofHanoi. The staff was fantastic, the room was clean and well equipped, and we were absolutely delighted to be staying there. In addition to a comfortable bed and a good breakfast, the rooftop bar was fun. We also went out into the old quarter at night and the hotel was perfectly located for exploring safely and having fun. Highly recommend.
