Didn’t get to check in because they wouldn’t let me due to a “roof leaking”. They told Expedia I was at the property when in fact I was not. I have proof in photos that they told me this and still denied me a refund. The property and Expedia both denied a refund even though I was never given check in instructions and was told the property wasn’t available due to a leaking roof and water damage.

As a seasoned traveller, I tend to be selective when it comes to accommodation, and this stay met my expectations in many respects. The bedroom was impeccably maintained, elegantly designed, and offered a sense of calm and comfort that is essential after long days of exploring.
